All clubs are held on a Sunday and run from 1:45-4pm at St Michaels Church Hall (unless stated otherwise) with volunteers arriving earlier to set up. Alerts will be given via text groups and Facebook for updates and reminders. During the Clubs all parents/carers are welcome to relax and socialise with other parent/carers or they can leave their children at the club and come back when it finishes (The Glasgow Forge shopping Centre is just across the road!). Our volunteers will organise entertainment for the children through a range of activities. Our usual activities include arts/crafts, soft-play, music, games consoles and even a portable Sensory Room with toys and equipment for those that need a little 'time-out'. We often hold themed club dates such as Halloween Party, Christmas Party and Easter Egg Hunt and we also often arrange trips outside our usual space such as trips to the cinema, Glasgow Science Centre and swimming amongst other things. Our Clubs are becoming busier, and with more funding we are adding a wider range of activities for all.
Latest Event
Our most recent event was our monthly club held on Sunday 23 March. This club our Birthday Party themed club to celebrate Sams 11th birthday and it was held at St Michael’s Chapel Hall. Various activities were available for the kids to enjoy both inside the chapel hall and out in the garden seen as how it was a lovely sunny day! There was a bouncy castle and outdoor games in the garden whilst inside there were arts & crafts and face painting along many other activities. The kids all had plenty food and drink to feast upon throughout the club including pizza and birthday cake.
